The previous generation of the successful Grind & Brew coffee-maker was suffering from an aging design and needed a fresh look to bring it back to some prominence in the Cuisinart portfolio. Luke collaborated directly with the the marketing and engineering teams at Cuisinart, providing a wide range of early concepts that ultimately worked towards a design that benefited from a contemporary and timeless execution of form and detail. Several versions of the UI were designed, with careful selection after testing and analysis was performed.

Luke completed this project while at Veloce Engineering as Lead Industrial Designer.
